What can I expect?

You can expect highly qualified, highly motivated staff that will expertly teach, guide and support you throughout your choice of sessions.

You can choose from 1-2-1 personal training,¬†group personal training or a combination of both. We also run Kettlebell classes and are proud to present the area’s first Indian Clubs and Mace swinging classes.
